How do I register?
Register quickly using your Apple ID or Google ID for a seamless experience that keeps your email private. Alternatively, register with your email: simply enter your email address, receive a verification code, and complete the process. After registration, you may optionally share additional details to help us better tailor your experience.

Go to your Profile and open “Security Settings.” Select “Change Email,” then verify your current email with the code sent to you. Enter your new email address and confirm it with the subsequent verification code. Your new email will be used for future logins and notifications.

What is a Premium account and how can I buy it?
A Premium account is a paid subscription that unlocks exclusive features, additional masks and backgrounds, and enhanced ways to communicate and express yourself. For detailed information, please visit the “Premium Features” page. To purchase, go to your Profile, select “Terra Inc Premium,” tap “Buy,” and confirm your purchase.

How can I unsubscribe from the Premium account?
To unsubscribe, go to your Profile, select “Terra Inc Premium,” then choose “Manage Subscription” and click “Unsubscribe.” Confirm your decision. Your Premium benefits will remain active until your current subscription expires. To re-subscribe, simply select “Buy” again.

How can I delete my account?
Within your Profile, select “My Profile” and scroll down to find “Delete Account.” Confirm your decision when prompted. Your account will be permanently deleted after 30 days; during this period, you may contact support via the “Give Feedback or Get Support” form to restore your account.
